Jobing Description

Operate heavy equipment for a variety of construction and maintenance operations within the City by using equipment such as: backhoes, rollers, graders, and front-end loaders to complete construction projects and assisting with street operations. Other duties include performing preventative maintenance, providing traffic control, and interacting with other City employees and citizens.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) years of heavy equipment operator experience.

Must have a valid Texas Class A CDL driver's license required.

Starting Rate: $13.57/hour

Closing Date: September 30, 2012
