INTERNAL / PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITY

Supervise a crew in Facilities Maintenance by supervising personnel, monitoring project work and completing administrative duties. Supervises facilities maintenance personnel by assigning work duties, observing, monitoring and participating in work tasks, providing feedback to employees, evaluating work performance and assisting employees to correct deficiencies.

Monitors project work by ensuring a safe working environment for crews, planning for and securing needed materials and equipment, ensuring project is completed in a timely manner, inspecting work and provided problem solutions as needed. Maintains equipment by inspecting equipment for damage and performing routine maintenance.

Completes administrative duties by preparing daily work orders, preparing various work reports, verifies overtime and leave requests, completing accident forms and performance evaluations and monitoring equipment inventories.

A high school diploma or GED and 4+ years experience in facilities maintenance and repair is required. Valid Texas Class A CDL driver's license required.

Pay Range: $15.97 - $17.57/hour DOQ
