Jobing Description

This position will be working a split-shift: Monday thru Friday - 5am to 9am and 1pm to 5pm

Provide transportation assistance to the City's employees and the general public by providing door-to-door service to senior citizens and persons with physical or mental disabilities for work, school, medical,and other essential services.

Other duties include operating the city transit, providing for the safe, efficient timely transportation of persons and interacting with other City employees and the general public.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1+ years experience, preferrably in a similar driving position. Five (5) or more years experience in Para-transit driving preferred.

**Valid Texas Class B CDL drivers license with passenger endorsement is REQUIRED**

Starting Pay: $13.19/hour

Closing Date: Janaury 18, 2013
